Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard. Charges are prorated by Stripe. No fees, no contracts, no annual lock-in unless you choose annual billing.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Service continues until the end of your current billing period — no claw-back. 14-day refund on first payment if you are not satisfied.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe for all self-serve plans. Enterprise and K-12 customers can pay by ACH or PO with Net-30 terms. Annual contracts are available for any tier.
How is the page count measured?
Plans are priced by website size, not visitors — there is no visit limit. Your page count is the number of unique page URLs on your site where the widget runs: Solo covers up to 1,000 pages, Starter 10,000, Pro 100,000. If you stay over your plan’s page limit for 30 days, the portal asks you to upgrade — your widget keeps running meanwhile.
What is an "apex domain"?
Your root domain (e.g., incluxa.com). All subdomains under it (app.incluxa.com, blog.incluxa.com) are covered free. Solo covers 1 apex, Starter 2, Pro 3. Need more? Contact us about apex add-ons.
Where is my data stored?
Customer data is hosted in Microsoft Azure United States regions. Other regions may be available for Enterprise on request — contact sales. See the sub-processor list for the services we use.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial of every Pro feature. We ask for a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged until day 15 — we show the first charge date and amount before you confirm, and email you a reminder 3 days before. Cancel anytime before then from Billing and you won't be charged. There is no free website plan; the browser extension is free forever.
How does AI work — is it included or paid?
AI is a paid add-on — it is not included in any plan. AI fix suggestions inside scans are available on Pro and above with the AI Credit Pool add-on, and use 1 credit per fix group (Starter includes on-demand scans without AI fix suggestions; Solo does not include scanning). On-demand AI features (chat, alt-text generation, content rewrite, scanner remediation) use the AI Credit Pool add-on that stacks on any paid tier — Lite ($29/mo, 2K credits), Plus ($59/mo, 5K), Max ($99/mo, 10K), Scale ($179/mo, 30K). Smart Mode lets you pick the model: Haiku=1, Sonnet=3, Opus=15 credits. Credits used beyond your pool are billed at $0.02 per credit.
What is your security posture?
Argon2id password hashing (OWASP 2024 high profile), RS256 JWT tokens, tenant isolation via EF Core query filters, 2-year immutable audit trail, penetration test completed April 2026, NIST CSF 2.0 aligned — self-attested, OWASP ASVS L2 controls implemented. How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is scoped per customer — based on number of sites, website size, contract term and support needs. Typical contract value starts at $12K/yr. Includes SSO/SAML, a custom SLA negotiated per contract, and a custom DPA. Our public SLA for self-serve plans is best effort. Contact sales for a quote.
Do you have K-12 / school pricing?
Yes — K-12 is sales-assisted for single schools and districts. Contact us for pricing and we'll quote based on your school count and needs (IEP pipeline, LTI 1.3, state-specific DPA), with PO / Net-30 terms.
What happens to the widget if my billing lapses?
It is never switched off without warning. A failed payment is retried for about two weeks and your widget keeps running meanwhile — we email you and show a banner so you can update your card. If the payment still fails, or your trial ends after you cancel, the widget pauses until you choose a plan; your settings and data are kept, and it switches back on right away. The widget is an assistive layer — keep fixing issues in your site's own code so it stays accessible either way.
